I look in the fridge and I think "What will nobody else in the house want to eat?" and that is pretty much what I have for breakfast. Usually some kind of leftover. If there are no food soon to expire for me to clean up, I usually have oatmeal. My scavenger-like nature earned me the nickname "Crow" (with an associated beckoning call of "Ka-kaw!" when someone is trying to get my attention from another room). Really I got in the habit because when I was growing up a lot of the time groceries were limited so I tried to leave my siblings the good stuff. The upside to this is as an adult I can eat just about anything. I am a survivor. Ka-kaw!

Saturday, folks, and that means I got to make breakfast:

2x Toast (wheat with lots of seeds and stuff) with a carefully applied thin layer of butter
Sausage, smoked with maple flavor.
8 ounces of espresso
Glass of mineral water

Same, again, because the breakfast materials are onhand and overall pretty cheap and effective.  Don't judge me for lack of style points.

My daily breakfast are scrambled egg and a tea. If not egg, then usually it's 2 loafs of bread with whatever jam I have at that time. If it's not a tea, then a hot (enough, not boiled) mineral water. Coffee

But my favorite would be a plate of hash brown, scrambled egg, sausages, and bacon, and cold orange juice. A salad would be nice too. What a dream. Beg
