NO RANDOM CHANCE
Random chance has no place in Skyless City. You will hit where you aim - the skill comes from knowing where the enemy will be.

PLAY YOUR WAY
Modify your squad's weapons and skills to gain them the upper hand in combat. Modify their appearance so they look good doing it.
