Could someone help me out with this, It would be greatly appreciated if someone would link some tutorial on how to get signal upon vehicle collision to the user. For e.g: display on side of screen message like "Hit Taken" or "Critical Hit" "Medium Hit" or "minor hit" some thing like that?

What type of collision?

Generally you enable collision in the 'Class Settings' section of the two blueprints that will collide, then add functionality to the OnHit event in the blueprint that you want to do something. If it should only collide with ceratin things you can do a check on the actor that gets passed into the event.
