Haha I was just playing "Toobing" in a nearby arcade the other day. Fun game. Sounds even better in space

Thanks for taking an interest! I imagine the gameplay will be mostly floating around space, paddling right and left with your tiny alien arms, and collecting things. I'm hoping to add some sort of discovery element to it as well, like hidden secrets and such. This is loosely based on the idea from my Gravity Tubing racing mini game in my Android game collection: Uncle Scotty's Arcade. Haha I was just playing "Toobing" in a nearby arcade the other day. Glad you like the idea This game was definitely inspired by Toobin', good call. I feel that my "modernized" controls provide a more realistic toobing experience, closer to how a toob would really behave on a liquid (and presumably gaseous) substance.

Slowly working on this project... planets now orbit around a central sun. Thinking this bright colored solar system will be the first "level" which welcomes the player and has a basic tutorial.

Maybe aliens on the planets should say something funny... or maybe each planet should be a mini tubing challenge level. Actually both. Yes both.

I don't know why but I am really digging the planets, and the overall colourful presentation too. I've played toobin too (on my PSP arcade collection UMD), so call me curious.

Thanks a bunch for the feedback! I really like to put bright bold colours in my games... maybe it's the kid in me that has never grown up

Updated the main page with a couple new gifs. Working on some smaller features, like camera zoom and sensible UI controls.

Slow but steady progress is being made! Game now supports up to four game controllers in multiplayer. Successfully tested on my 8BitDo SNES30 and Xbox 360 Controllers. Test on Ouya controller hooked to PC is pending acquisition of new Bluetooth adapter. Been a bit of tedious work getting the Unity UI menus to scroll properly with both keyboard and joypads, but seems to work now. Also added the ability to zoom in and out in the pause screen / options panel.

Sadly was away from this project for a few months, but made some progress this morning adding a competitive multiplayer mode. Escape the sun's gravity and run into each other. 1 of 3 planned Versus modes to go with the single-player and co-op multiplayer campaign.
