My game is releasing soon for free on the Play Store, and I'm hoping to get some money from it.
I tried researching a bit, but I'm not exactly sure I fully comprehend what I read correctly, so I'm asking if you guys could help clear some things up? I just don't wanna make a rookie mistake.
Anyway, my priorities in this matter are the following:
- The ads must be easy (or at least not very difficult) to implement in Gamemaker Studio.
- The ads should be video ads. I want the player to watch the ads in exchange for in-game currency, so these seem like the fairest option.
- I read that adcolony stops showing ads if someone watches a certain amount without downloading anything. That sounds bad and I'm scared.
- Obviously, I want to make as much money as possible (which I realise may not be more than a dollar at best).
