As the title says, I am seeking a place where I can easily store my work but also have it viewed and accessed by others without having to create an account. I like Google docs, but people need Gmail's just to view most things. I rather have such a place set up then posting 10 pages of material in an email or forum post. Thanks in advance.

For quick file transfers if it's an emergency I'll just send my stuff in a Sendspace link.

Otherwise, you could keep a  Dropbox folder and email the link. Depending on how much of your stuff is accessible online, you could do what I do and email a short list of links to your published work.

That said, I've never seen a dedicated writing portfolio site. I'd be interested in seeing that.

I imagine the portfolio of a writer could be set up on a blog like, tumblr, medium, wordpress, or something like that. You can also post text in a DeviantArt portfolio.
