Devoured Souls
screen first:



About the game:
Its gonna be souls like but mechanics are strongly related to old school arcade - im trying to design it with as little trigger buttons as possible. Fast and strong attack made with the same button, running by fast clicking right arrow. Im trying not to complicate.

Something about the world:
The story isnt done yet. I know the world is gonna be destroyed and exausted. We dont know the history of our hero - with story progress we will discower more. Time is future - and we will use some strange metalic elementsas weapons.

is my first attempt in fully making a game. For now i have basic gameplay - player movement, basic enemy ai, first boss! We can attack/dodge and kill Smiley


Right at the moment im struggling with main character look. Simply i cant get satisfactory design. I have something like this:
maby y guys could help me with making a decision? Smiley

I like the guy in the blue, top right. His pose is a lot more dynamic and stoic like a samurai. He looks pretty cool.
