A medieval knight finds a time-travelling machine gun. it's a turn-based FPS RPG TIME KNIGHT is a work in progress and everything is subject to change but it probably won't. Features include guns, overworlds, party members, items, time travel, and clowns. It's being made in Construct 2. anyway that's the thread TWITTER @GIGAWALLER | TUMBLR

Cool idea but... do you have to shoot the dog too? He's too cute!

Looks really cool! How does the shooting work, is it hold mouse and interval based damage? Or is it damage per click? Can you multi hit targets when they overlap?

it's all based on interval, every x seconds depending on shot speed. right now overlap works (except against walking grenades), but it might get tweaked around a bit.

You had me at "time traveling machine gun", but wow, really cool concept. Don't change a thing about this.

thanks guys! Much wow Is it a space helmet on cool looking girl at "pizza screen", is she a party member? yep! her name is putian. here's some of her dialogue (still working on font appearance and spacing). she's got an attitude.

Great dialogue! If the spacing wasn't weird at times, I wouldn't mind the font. It's almost too stylized, with some letters (especially capitals) being hard to read at times, but it will work if you want to keep it.

originally wanted it to resemble the old Ultima Online in-game font (which was criticized a lot for readability) but i'm thinking you're right, something more readable will probably be better. will play around with it a bit.
