It looks really neat, and I would like to use something like that to test out game loops like trading, resource management and combat, but this particular tool is no longer supported. The forums are down, the wiki devoid of images, so it is rather hard to use.

Does anyone know of another tool I could use?

Well, if anyone else finds this interesting, all the images can be downloaded from the wiki. Right at the top. Just read the text in bold. Like I never do.
