Hello! My name is Lewis Denby. I have a decade's experience in and around the indie games scene, and a specialism in what I call "product-focused PR", because I'm pretentious like that.

I love working with creative indie studios who need a little helping hand getting noticed - and rather than simply fire out a press release and hope for the best, I like to embed myself in teams, learn about their production plans, and help them to build a clear vision to give their game the right voice... before taking it to the journalists and influencers who will care about it!

Games I've helped in this way include Pathologic, Dear Esther, Thomas Was Alone, HEVN and The Piano, among a great number of others. I've also helped to plug production gaps for clients, taking on project management responsibilities for certain aspects of development.

I have 5 years' PR and marketing experience, 4 years project management experience (including a PRINCE2 qualification), and have designed and developed three of my own games. Prior to this I worked as a games journalist, covering the indie scene for Eurogamer, Rock Paper Shotgun, PC Gamer and more besides.

You can find out more on my website at gameifyouare.com (you can find some case studies contained within) and contact me at lewis[at]gameifyouare[dot]com. I'm comfortable working with a range of budgets, from as little as $500 to as much as $20,000 and beyond. Hope to hear from some of you soon!
