What's on your taskbar at the moment?

I always found interesting discovering new apps while seeing other people workflows when looking at their workstation screenshots/videos.

Here's how it goes:
-Post a screenshot of your Taskbar and list the apps in it and what they do.
-Please, don't assume that because you think a certain app is really popular that it does not need a description/mention, please do describe.
-You can skip default operating system apps.
-In case you use a certain app outside of what it was originaly supposed to, please say how.
-There is no need to post personal or sensitive information, you can omit that of course.
-If you want say why you use a certain app, please feel free to do so.

The three standard, then chrome (a couple of instances, several browser tabs of each), Slack (team communication), Firefox (browser), KeePass (password manager), Open Office (Document manager) and MS Paint (pictures and images. Like cropping this image.)

For me, it would be more telling to have a row of chrome tabs and see what they contain.

Start - I removed the bells and whistles, now it kinda looks like windows 98.
Explorers - for exploration.
Opera - In case I need a third browser
Firefox - Second browser for web design purposes or when I don't trust private browsing to check on things.
Chrome - I use that all the time. Sorry.
Gimp - Still my favorite image editor.
Inkscape - Quick design, small posters or board game prototypes.
Calculator - For dividing resolutions, frame rates and pizza bills.
SpeedFan - Every now and then I get a blue screen and I use this to check if it's time to clean th dust off.
Deluge - Not everything can be bought in this part of the world.
Notepad++ - Text file editor, but I often use it as a quick and dirty FTP client.
Unified Remote - If the volume is too high or too low and I don't feel like getting up. But I usually forget to turn it on, so I still need to get up.
Teamviewer - I forgot why I needed it. It just sits here unused.
Steam - When I need to blow off some... steam... heh heh, steam.

And on the other side:
HR - Croatian - A strange archaic language with weird symbols like č and ž. "Croatian"is pronounced "Hrvatski" in Croatian. Don't ask.
Lightshot - PrintScreen program that I used to make and cut the above screenshot.
Comodo - firewall, antivirus, sandbox and some other functions I'm not fully aware of.
TuneUp utilities - The trial expired about two years ago. I should really uninstall this some day.
Volume - It speaks volumes about my taskbar.
Network - For years I wondered why it's a picture of a monitor, until I realised it's actually a picture of a UTP port
Action Center - Sounds cooler than it is
18:54 - No, it didn't take me half an hour to write this, I just tend to stop doing one thing and start doing another
Show Desktop - a great button that I keep forgetting to use, so I mostly just click on tons of "minimize" buttons and lose precious seconds of my life.

Try the windows key + D key combination instead?

Right? Don't tell me he clicks the explorer button instead of Win + E now.

I never trained to use the win key. I have no idea why. Ctrl/alt/shift all the time, but win key? I never even remember it's there! :/

Also, win+e has no use for me, I just have a needlessly complicated network of folder shortcuts spread about :D

I have never once intentionally pressed the win key and on many keyboards historically I plucked it out to make sure I don't press it by accident when playing a game

If you drop superglue on certain keys to catch them in the dark more easily, you can always use a sticker Smiley

Damn, I need to clean this D:

I dunno if it was for some reason not a problem for anyone else back then to have a key right between most of your action keys that when touched would interrupt the game you're playing and take you to the desktop, sometimes crashing it as a result and always fucking you over it it's online.

The taskbar discussion became a glue-on-keys discussion. It has evolved. Cheesy

That's unfortunate. Win+R, Win+E, Win+D and Win+L are muscle memory for me at this point. Never had a problem with it while playing.

In Windows 10, simply pressing the windows key to bring up the menu allows you to type the name of a program to run, so Win+R seems kinda useless to me lol

Unless you want to add command line arguments maybe

Yeah, it's just an habit built since de XP days. Lately win+r is mainly to cmd / appdata / regedit. And it is faster too, in my machine the start menu is kinda sluggish.
