Does anybody have any experience how long Steam Tax Identity Verification can last?

We were greenlit last days of January and we are still waiting. We have not got any emails from Steam or the service provider they are using. We are located in Finland. Steam show this message

ask in the steam developer forums. valve employees read that and often answer questions like this there.

for me, i forget how long it took -- maybe a week? two months definitely sounds like something is wrong.

The problem is that identity verification is part of the onboarding process, and we cannot access developer forums until we are through with the onboarding. We have signed NDA/SDA but still it says developer group is private. When I sign to Steam it asks to continue onboarding, which is stuck at identity verification.

alright, i'll link them there to this post. however, you should probably include your steam name and the greenlight item in the first post so that they'd know what to fix.

We're also waiting for this Identity Verification, and it has been two weeks now.
Did you get a response yet? Should I contact Valve? (We are located in the Netherlands btw)

i got no replies, no. what i can suggest is try posting in the greenlight forum. even if you can't post on the developer forum yet, the greenlight forum does exist and valve employees do read it sometimes. just keep posting in that forum until one of them responds:

Update on my part, we've received an email asking for additional registration documents to verify our company.

So double check your email to see if you have received that.

We got similar reply from Greenlight forums. Apparently my business email does not have a spam folder

This week our tax information was verified and we got access to the Steam Developer page Setting up the Store Page tomorrow!

Finally got the email. All we needed to do was submit one pdf in English.
