 Cheesy Beer! My Word!

Comedic 2D "Beat Em Up" indie game that captures the fun of 90's arcade games, with a modern twist, seeks co-producer/programmer. Alley Cat is a "beat em up" mobile game set to be released alongside a web cartoon both will star Frank the Cat. Players will join Frank and his best friend Jimmy (a street-wise informant Rat) in a battle against various adversaries. Enemies will include other animals and the occasional human, who is unlucky enough to cross their path. Environments will consist of down town streets, alley ways, roof tops, and industrial sites.

The look and game play will be akin to 90's arcade hits, and will likely include comic book style cut scenes to enhance the narrative. The story line will NOT include any kidnapping scenarios, and therefore be very unique in the genre. Exploring other plot lines will give a great edge, and make it memorable. We will utilize the superior processing and programming abilities of our current era to include randomized events and bonuses that will add replay value. Pop culture references, and a sense of humor are sure to give this work a fresh, fun vibe.

The team already includes a music producer, pixel artist/animator and marketing team. We hope to round out the rest of the crew. First draft of the GDD is done, as well as character concept art. We just need someone as passionate as we are about entertaining people and creating a great game! If your interested email: [email protected] ATTN:programmer
