Steam Greenlight in 2014 and in 2017
and I subjectively think that our new game and its presentation are better in every way than the previous one's :D

I spent a lot of time researching what press to inform, etc. crafting personalized emails, etc. and so far I got one article

With Greenlight being phased out, I assume most of the remaining people with any goodwill toward it have given up on it too. I don't think it's a reflection of the quality of your game. I'd guess Greenlight numbers are down across the board. Steam Direct is supposed to launch "Spring 2017", but I haven't heard anything since the announcement.

Also, Valve has been greenlighting Everything And Their Dog, including a lot of really shitty games. I simply assume that over time people will notice this, and the sense of importance of Greenlight will diminish accordingly.

I don't get what point you're trying to make here. Your new game has a noticeable but not overwhelmingly higher percentage of yes votes (67% vs 53%), and in six days you're 44% of the way you need to go? Unless you have the stats from six days into your old campaign, comparing vote counts doesn't make much sense.

Whether your marketing efforts have been successful or not has nothing to do with Steam.
