Great idea and the art style looks great!

just a question, is the trading going to be deep or is just going to be: sell x amount of ore for y dollars. are you going to be able to buy low and sell high?

The main idea is to trade with the home planet. We haven't quite nailed the trading system yet. But we do want a bit deeper system, with a market economy depending on time and events.

Do you have some cool ideas?

Some environmental progress to the hub!




Currently we're working on the AI system and are also modeling and texturing craft-able items. At large we're spending our time making the demo-intro-tutorial. The demo takes place on a training base, before taking off to the moon. The player will get a hint of most mechanics in game and get the ship ready for takeoff. So all pics and gifs you've seen so far is from the intro scenes.

Really liking the style of the graphics - what's your inspiration/ influence?

Also enjoying the immersion in general surrounding the game - cool that the devlog and website asks you to "apply" to be a manager, rather than just wording it as "buy the game" :D

I'm interested to know how the game will play. When controlling your character, how will you interact with the environment, e.g. for mining, farming?

 big part of Lunar Soil is about exploration! Initially we decided to have one large moon with different thematic biomes.
We changed that! Why only have one moon when you can have a multitude of small interesting and creative ones instead?
