heres some more information about wiz mud

EMERGENT GAMEPLAY
a system of discrete, simple rules that, when combined, lead to complex gameplay mechanics.

heres some example of EG in Wiz Mud



example #1: thru an interesting bug, players found that by combining the emotes "squat" and "ragdoll" they could fly very fast into space
we accidentally patched it out but we hope to bring back this mode of transportation in the future




number 2: "Yakwiz" who is probablty one of the best gamers i know of took these mechanics to the next level when he added 2 grow potions to the aforementioned bug, allowing him to reach an area that was previously thought to be inaccessible





3: this bad boy crashed the game by mixing potions together resulting in this stupid fish, very resourceful!



these are just a few of the ones that we know about but we hope to make this kind of gameplay a core part of wiz_mud via combination or modification of emotes/spells/potions etc in order to allow people to reach new heights/ discover things/ engage in advanced roleplaying

Tried it out earlier, made a wiznerd, fished up some potions, enjoyed some emotes, stared into the eyes of the AFK.


I like it, there's something fun about poking around in someone else's game-to-be in it's infancy.  I'll check into it now and then, hope to catch others online and watch it grow.

I love the in-game graphics! They are fun and have a nice style, but in comparison the title screen felt a little dry and didn't match. I had fun emoting in there!
