Hi!

We’re Meteorbyte Studios, and we’re writing to tell you about our upcoming game, WOODPUNK, which has recently been added to Steam Greenlight.



WOODPUNK is a fast-paced action game, set in the Middle Ages but using futuristic weaponry and tools. In WOODPUNK, the player can fight against well over a hundred enemies onscreen at a time, using over 1400 different weapons, which are generated procedurally by the game from unlockable weapon parts. With both melee and ranged combat, random and fully destructible levels, several game modes and co-op multiplayer, we are sure that it will be widely enjoyed by any action game enthusiasts out there!
WOODPUNK is in its late development stage, and will be released later this year.

Hi guys!

We are still working on the game and in the last weeks we have covered much ground. We don’t have a release date for woodpunk at this moment but it will be available very soon. As you know, it requires a lot work and many hours of dedication.

- Hypatian Balanced Spread-shot Arbalest
- Dyonisian Balanced Spread-Scrap Blaster
- Falarisian Large-chambered Auto-Juggernaut!
- Hypatian Double-bladed Greatsword
- Archimedean Large-chambered auto-lens cannon

This brings back memories of some good old SNES games. Is the co-op multiplayer network only or is there some local version of it (two people on the same computer)?

Woodpunk includes Asymmetrical local multiplayer: One player plays the inventor, the other plays the robot, each with their own
complementary skills. Cheers!
