Hi,
I need to reset my password on my account named Kuny. But I never get any email with link (spam is empty). If I try it on this account, it work fine. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

If it works on one of them maybe it's more likely you're misremembering what email address you've associated with the other account? :c

i have such issue. it doesnt work for my non-gmail adress. Works for gmail tied account, but it sends it to spam.

Thanks for your answers. Unfortunately I do not have a secret question. I tried a new registration with a normal name, but it does not work anymore for me. I got stuck with this "fix" account. I will try gmail.
