Puzzle "Towns and rivers"
I’ve recently implemented the mechanics of a  puzzle that seemed very interesting to me.

As you progress through the game the levels vary in different parameters. You can choose any level you want.

I added a vote after each level and I would be very grateful if you could estimate the gameplay after passing each level.

There is a version for browser and for Android devices. Links are attached  below:

Tested today on a Moto E 2gen XT1524 running android 6.0.1. Everything is smooth, no technical problem encountered in ~1hour on two sessions.

About the game itself, I loved the originality of the base idea. It can burn some time while in transportation or waiting something.

If you want to improve it, here are my clues:

In most cases, solutions did not came with logic reasoning but by a subtle mix of feeling it and brute-forcing. Maybe begining with very small levels of different shapes could help train the patterns to optimize space. Learning from the begining the best pattern to fill a 4x3 and a 3x6 rectangle without other distraction can give the player the tools for harder levels. This idea makes the levels ordering by grid size obsolete, but it can be better to design levels without this constraint.

It could be nice to color the tiles adjacent to towns. Something light, just to avoid these times where the player has to scan the entire screen to be sure there is no more exploitable tiles.

I played in Chrome

It sucked me in better than I thought it would. It's a nice fun simple puzzle game, good job Smiley.

I wouldn't tweak the base game at this stage just make it a little more visually appealing with tile sprites instead of changing colors.

You might run into a problem with preset puzzles at some point, since you can get to the point where you've solved every puzzle in the game. But you have a lot and it would take quite a while to get through all of them, so I wouldn't worry about it unless somebody complains about it.
