Hi guys,  so in our game Party Animals we want to have random events occur based on a number of triggers like your previous actions, your morality, your geographic location, etc.

I've only just begun listing down the possible scenarios and their triggers, but since some of the scenarios trigger others I can see my google spreadsheet document becoming very unwieldy very fast.

How do you guys organize your scenarios, and can you give tips on managing this kind of content?  Thanks!

I personally use Articy draft, but that's a paid for software designed pretty much exactly for the function.

Maybe draw.io could be useful, but it becomes laggy with too much stuff on a single diagram so you should use it only as a main overview of how your scenarios are linked together.

And yeah, Articy draft is probably the best solution for you.
