Two votes per person (Though you can use only one if you like). The poll ends Friday. See http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=611.0 for game downloads. Let's do this thang! Also, time is still up for debate. 22GMT? 04GMT?

And just to note, my votes are for Starsiege: Tribes and Transport Tycoon. Why you should potentially vote for Tribes: because it is teamwork based and would be badass. Plus we can laugh at Mr. Eres, if you happen to be a terrible person.

Oh, Cheerful Expletives, Starseige is freeware now?
Fine, I've only got experience with Vengeance, but according to Many and All, Starseige is brilliant. Plus, I really dug Vengeance.

Tribes is really fun, but we would need a lot of people to have a good game.

My votes go to Starsiege: Tribes and JSWO, neither of which I've actually gotten around to playing, but I've heard so much about both it seems like a great opportunity to do so!
Also; I'm finally back! Damn have I been busy lately. How's everyone been?
EDIT: I LOVE THE WILLY!

Armagetron should definitely be on the list for a future week. It's free, easy to pick up, supports a lot of players, low specs, and looks awesome when you apply the "Moviepack" skin. And it's *insane* when you try first-person view. =) Last time I was at a LAN party, we ended up playing it for like 5 hours, instead of the bigger games like HL2. http://armagetron.sourceforge.net/old/tron.html

Gonna try that soon.
Also, I voted for TA and Tribes, but I'm not sure about playing Tribes anymore. Playing with anyone outside South America means at the very least 200 ping, and for precise fire that's shit.
Count me out for that one.
EDIT: Tried some Armagetron. Most servers wouldn't let me get in, needed an upgrade or something. In those who did I was a bit noobish. It's a neat game, but I hate to play games online that require split-second timing when you have lag.

Questions for ya'lls: Next game night, should we exclude the whole genre or just the specific game that was elected last? Or perhaps neither? So, if Tribes wins, FPSes are removed next game night, if OTTD wins, simulation or real time strategy games are removed next time? Should game night be weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

I propose a new game should be created by the community to truly test our manlyness/womanlyness and the champion of TIGS... ...whilst involving hats... ...or maybe muffins.

http://www.poxnora.com/index.doPoxNora is this free online Java-based game. It's basically Magic the Gathering meets Wesnoth without all the random. So far I'm enjoying it, though it seems to be focused on 1 on 1 matches. It's also pretty easy to learn, though there are a lot of different cards ('runes') so like Magic it may take a while to learn what most of them do. EDIT: Nevermind the free part, if you want new cards in the game you have to buy them. <.<
