Yoooo. I felt kinda sickly throughout the whole jam, so the game itself is quite simple even if the graphics are kind of fancy to make up for it~ I had a constant headache all day yesterday so I didn't go on the computer at all, and I was actually so dozy during submission that I forgot to upload the builds, but luckily I got a comment about the dead links. x:

Just booted up to fix that and post about the game now, and then I'm off the computer again. Looking forward to playing your entries when I feel better!

So I haven't taken part in a LD since before they changed the website, on the old site you used to be able to search the games for genres or VR or whatever, is that just gone now, or am I missing a way to do this?

It was even worse last Ludum Dare (38, my first LD). The site was simply not finished. When voting should start it was just a static list in a fixed order. It's still not finished.

Many used http://feedback.ld.intricati.com/?event=32802&sorting=coolness which is still in place, offers some nice filter options and lists feedback, but does not use the new Smart Coolness filter like https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/39/games does. Searching for games is still impossible on the official site.

Yeah, last time, besides the games from TIGS and people I know, I just scoured the main page, and Twitter for LD tags. Tho when random people started commenting on my game I could click on their profiles and return the favour too. Play a lot of games and comment on them and people will find you too! c:

Ah, that kind of sucks. Sometimes you're just in the mood for a specific genre and it was nice being able to filter for that. It was also nice being able to see how many people made a similar game to your own.

Just saw this site mentioned on the ldjam website, never knew about it before (if it existed before now):

Apparently the first Ludum Dare I entered was the one I did the best in. Weird!
