I figured the Design topic would be the most appropriate place to drop this link.

I wrote up my experiences doing AI Design for Avalanche Studios' theHunter: Call of the Wild (before going indie last year). It focuses on the design side, rather than the implementation of the AI.


Hopefully it's helpful for some of you designing AI for your games! (...particularly animal AI.)
