Hi! We are currently looking to recruit one or two additional 3D artists to join us on the Wayward Isles (
http://www.thewaywardisles.com).
We are a small team of industry professionals working on the game in our spare time and ideally you will be similar. We are aiming to go to Kickstarter later this year and will split revenue from that point onward but until then nobody is being paid and we aren't interested in doing so. Sorry to state it so flatly but 90% of the responses to our last call for team members asked for money up front even though we're stated it was revenue share only.
