Hullo! A coupla' businessy questions:

1) If I'm selling a game on Steam, is the money I receive from Steam (i.e. once they've taken their cut) considered Gross Profit or Revenue, or as Steam takes their cut at the source, as they effectively the same thing (as I have no cost of goods).
2) Does anyone have a UK-based contract example for a game where they're subcontracting some of the work in exchange for a % cut of the profits, less any advances paid before the release of the game?

Me, David Williamson and Mark Foster do an Indie Games podcast. Give it a listen. And then I'll send you an apology.
