competitions has too many subforums so it'd just make jams& events less readable

Oops, forgot about that. It does feel weird tho that the description of the actual jam forum ("organise meetups and hangouts") has me put the LD threads in the competition forum instead since they don't seem to fit that description, but LD isn't really a competition either.

Just put them in Jams + Events, we aren't that strict about this stuff here
