LF - Searching for a team in spare time but serious

Hi Everyone, I'm Gas1312, I am Italian and i'm mainly a music composer\sound designer, but I've worked as translator [Pier Solar HD] in italian, as Game Designer and Level Designer [Aantim The Last One] and other little roles in lots of game jams [LD..etc] and more serius projects.
Now I'm searching for people for a spare time project, a card game that I have in mind, and I'd like to find at least a programmer and, in case, some artist for the concept.
I'm opened to suggestions and advices but the only one thing required is the costance. To go ahead slowly is good but not too much, it has to be continuing!
