As an IT Administrator at more tha one global company, I have actually found the opposite. At that scale, you get both hired by your technical skills and partially your interaction skills too. But IT Administration is diff from CS and shit

Very true. Its probably just my perspective but putting people who arnt great at social situations in more of them cant hurt can it? Now if they dont like it AND have no interest in it well who cares... |
