Now on itch.io!
https://epcc.itch.io/garden

It's similar to tamagotchi, in a way, but instead of some animal, you have to take care of a small garden. (right now it's just trees).
The one in the screenshot took about 2.5 months to grow.

What I want to know:
- Do you think people would actually play waiting games? Would you?
- Are the tooltips clear enough? Is there any confusion on how does the whole game work?
- How to make the initial stage more interesting? After planting there's not much to do in the first few days.

Also, any other thougts?

I like the concept, would be nice if we could play around with time ourselves though?

I like it.
I play other 'waiting' game now where you wait to earn money and then you upgrade and your technology and then reorganize/rebuild your thing to maximise efficiency... It got boring at some point where you have to wait too long for next upgrade. So I think balancing the waiting time and the time when you can actually do something is the most important.

When I wanted to fertilize my trees the land went white and become almost invisible.

Good luck Smiley

I've decided that making the simulation faster is the best way forward. This also means that it's now a downloadable game, because I don't have the resources to run this simulation on a central server.

You can get it here:
