So I plan on blasting out a few emails of my soon to be released game, and I'm wondering what the best way to distribute my game to all interested might be.

Steam keys?

Zip files?

Google drive?

My total package size is ~70mb if that helps.

Thanks for any feedback! Beer!

Definitely Steam Keys.  Make sure you weed out fraudulent parties interested.  We had an Inquiry page on our website that got filled with spammers that claimed they wanted a few keys to "distribute for a promotion" or "hand out to their testers".  One of which we took a gamble on and ended up biting us with a bad review after we politely questioned their authenticity in a followup email.

The problem I am having is who to send the keys to! I have as many steam keys as I can shake a stick at but I have no one to send them to! Also when I have picked some youtubers and Game Sites to send them to I never get a reply.

As per above, Steam keys would be one of your best options.

I wouldn't worry about how many followers/subscribers they have. You can use a service where they can "unlock" content with a tweet/share, so they could then "unlock" a form to request (or confirm) a key through that, so that you gain at least some benefit.
