What is Chamber of Darkness?Chamber of darkness is a beat 'em up game, with some platforming elements.
The story: You play as a fearsome knight, looking for a way to break the curse of the spear that will absorb the knight's body if not fed by killing other creatures.
The main mechanics:Actions with the spear like attacking or using abilities costs HP depending on what ability you use, and you regain the used HP by landing a successful hit.
You can choose up to 3 abilities before the start of the level after a checkpoint, which will create several playstyles and increase replayability.
The Combat:There are 2 types of attacks, light (J) and heavy (K). Mixing these attacks creates a number of different combos.
You can also block attacks using a shield (S), it uses the shield meter in the bottom right corner of the health bar.
You can activate a breaker by pressing attack(J) while blocking the same moment the enemy's attack hits.
The modes: there are various modes other than the story mode that are in the full version of the game.
-Local Multiplayer: You can play with a friend in CO-OP or VS games, we are thinking of adding online multiplayer when we have the knowledge and the right budget.
-Monster mode: in this mode you play as an enemy to try and kill the hero. you can also unlock stronger enemies to play as like the deathworm!
