I want them look nice and vissible, but which resoliution i should choose? Im working with Unity and when I scale them inside theyre start to look blurry? Or its something to do with Unity?

When you import new textures their filtering setting is set to bilinear/trilinear, to avoid the textures from getting blurry when you scale them up, set the filtering option to nearest-neighbor.

As for best resolution, it depends on the size of the sprites and what game it is.
