I started out with large sprites, but I'm thinking it looks too crowded or that it's harder to see the character. However, the small sprites lose the impact of the larger. The thing in front of them is the text box. Your opinion?

I prefer the largest sprite version. It does cover the character a bit, but what it covers isn't that interesting too me, the head, which is still revealed, stands out enough.
