Hello everyone!! I wanted to share with you a game that me and two of my good friends are making. The demo can be found here:

https://the-floor-is-lava.itch.io/handsy-demo

*This is a promotional render from Keyshot

This is our first attempt (well second if you count a game jam game) I am the 3d guy and the other two are programmers. I used Zbrush for almost everything in the scene. Maya was used for the animations and Substance Painter for the textures. Unity was the game engine of choice.

Keep creating awesome!!

Here is a screen shot of the game.

It is a little buggy still, particularly with the water. It kind of flashes back and forth depending on the camera angle.

I completed the demo and I have to say it was quite good.

The controls worked pretty much how I expected them to, they were simple and responsive too.

I did notice a couple of bits that did not have any collision: the dark wood at the edges of the elevator platform, and the two wooden posts at the end of the bridge that the elevator takes you to.

The only other thing I noticed as a potential issue is the cube that can be moved, my first impression was that it was too big to be pushed.

These are relatively minor issues that may have already been pointed out or fixed, but I'm mentioning them just in-case.
Overall though, I enjoyed the demo and am curious to see where the game goes.

Thank you so much for playing our game and giving feedback! We will definitely take care of these areas you pointed out in the future.

After a little break from Handsy, we are diving back in. We are starting from scratch, from an art stand point. We hope to finish Handsy by the end of summer.

The middle hand is what Handsy currently looks like. The top and bottom hands are concepts that we might use. Does anyone have thoughts one way or the other?
