Alakajam! is a community hosting regular game jams & other gamedev-related events. Our main events are about making a game in 48 hours, either solo or as a team, for the pleasure of competing and having people review your game.

F.A.Q.

How many people will actually play my game?

There's an algorithm in place to make sure all contestants get actual feedback on their game: as long as you take some time to actually comment & rate other games, your game will be featured higher in the site until you get some comments back.

A typical entry can expect ten to twenty reviewers.

How do I get in the loop?

If you're interested, you can follow the event on Twitter or Reddit, and of course register on the website. You can also follow things more closely by joining our Discord server!
