I use this script that adds a Hide button beside every game so you can make them disappear from the search page. When you go to the next page you have to refresh the page to make the buttons appear again but it works great otherwise.

I just use it for the coming soon section but it works on others as well.

You need tampermonkey or greasemonkey for chrome, firefox, or opera then you just install this script: https://pastebin.com/raw/46tMRgcL

If anyone knows how to add endless scroll to this script that'd be amazing!

maybe you can add to your script: if there are 0 games visible, click the document.findElementById('next-page-button')

I really just wish steam would stop advertising to me games I either already own or refunded and left a negative review of.  You'd think it would be in their best interest to not on a weekly basis list sales to me with an entire first page consisting of games I hated.....
