Yeah, I get that, and I think it's perfectly reasonable for you to be considerably less than appreciative of the joke. Still, nearly all humour is at someone's expense. I'm sure you've laughed at jokes before which would be offensive to somebody else.

It's better when it's at the expense of someone not disabled, though? Maybe it's just me. Kind of like the difference between punching a big tough jerk and running away, or punching a nice person in a wheelchair and running away. Heheh.

Yeah, I'm very aware of all that and, like I said, I don't personally agree with the humour evident here. I just don't want to get into a big philosophical discussion on the various (and nebulous) moral implications of comedy at the expense of others.
