gameimake is definitely banned as of now, I just checked personally in the admin panel. Note that users who are banned don't appear banned to regular forum users though. |

Is there a reason the posts haven't been deleted? Or is there a kind of "time to appeal"-rule in place for that?

Alright, I've moved this thread here for the moment being.
The reason gameimake's posts haven't been deleted is because there's really no reason to at this point. They're not advertisements, and deleting the messages on the forum now would probably just confuse people who go back to read previous messages. It's probably just better to page them for now.
As for why users who are banned don't appear banned to regular members, I don't quite know. I know they used to have their profile image replaced with a hammer bros crushing mario and their level would be replaced with something else, but that doesn't seem to work anymore. Hard to tell what's happening without access to the forum software.

That's not automatic. It's a custom title you have to give them by modifying their profile. |

Well there hasn't really been a reason to use it so far tbh. For spambots it's kind of a waste (better to just delete their accounts) and we haven't banned any non spammers since we became admins.
