[Paid] Looking for JavaScript developer to produce plugin for RPG Maker MV

Hi all

I'm currently working on the early stages of a project and I need someone who is experienced with JavaScript and preferably RPG Maker MV, to produce a plugin that changes the appearance and functionality of the battle UI. I don't have a massive budget but I don't believe any work should be done for free so I'm happy to work something out. I'm interested in getting an estimate from people around the time and cost of such a task.
