It comes in waves. First when the game came out it was mostly the hype and people have expected the gameplay to be more advanced that it actually was, then it went downhill for some time.
Influencers and streamers started using Pokemon GO as a content, and it drastically went up for some time. The main problem was the lack of competetiveness. You went outside, cought some pokemons, any gym you see was too easy to take over.

I think the most addicting part is that when we go out for a walk or get through the traffic of people, instead of staring at the ground, we use the phone, and pokemon go gives a valid reason to evade awkwardness of any situatiot. Plus popup that you have a pokemon nearby and you just have to go outside haha, what do you think?

I think that the reason why nobody talks about Pokemon Go is because the hype is over as people were playing it because of the hype. I think Pokemon was overrated at first but then after a lot of updates Pokemon Go turned quite good and I think it deserves better Smiley Just my own opinion <3

I'm still trying to figure out which game will cause more injuries: Pokemon Go or The Walking Dead Our World. You decide.

Hey i've been playing sometimes, not seriously though, and i have one solution i've been using (or maybe no the right word fo that).Try playing pokemon go as you do jogging. That will crack you so fast, addiction is impossible. Attach the benefit to a game, and it will be useful though. I've turned 10 miles a week into 14 miles a week, and it takes the same time  Coffee

I never played Pokémon go, it just didn't seem like something that would keep my interest. I have a friend that got in trouble for going into a neighbors yard trying to find a Pokémon. That was enough to tell me that it wasn't for me.

I yet not played Pokémon go game but one of my gamer friend do. I think it was addictive because people know the characters already and it is a blast from the past. Again the next main reason is about interaction with people. People likes to play it because it gives a control over interaction. The game is really simple and easy to get started, fun part is also there so it is very easy for people to get addicted to it.

As someone else said, good riddance. The craze around p-go was a bit too much. People were looking for pokie any and everywhere. Overly annoying.
