I keep seeing games being "excluded" and weird disclaimers in search results, but not remembering excluding them or similar games. Here is a game that has its brothers in my library and one that was recently announced and im actually excited about.

could it be related tags? is steam gonna delist undesirables stalin style? will they sneak disney games in my prefences and wishlists?

update: you need to checkmark "general mature content" in account>store preferences
but also steam marked games i was not interested in discovery queues as "ignored"
it got me a while to figure it out, should have explained all this shit with update, huh?

I see two issues that you might want to look into changing and see if it helps:

1. The currency symbol suggests that you live inside a JRPG, games may be blocked on a regional level to facilitate efficient war crime denial

2. Alter your preferences to exclude mega man

Try checking your preferences. It's an algorithm, so it may not working properly by excluding something similar to what you didn't mark before.
