I want to pay an illustrator to make DOOM-themed artwork for my personally built/designed arcade cabinet. You will be helping me realize a childhood dream with your work. I spent a lot of time in arcades as a kid. I also played an unhealthy amount of DOOM and DOOM II. Ever since I was a kid and my buddy won an MK2 arcade cabinet, it solidified a dream of mine to one day have my own. This project is something that helped me out quite a bit during a bad period in life, and I have a lot of passion about what's going to be put on it. All that aside...
I have SVGs for the marquee, the control panel, and the two sides (will use the same art on both sides). I will be printing these to vinyl, and
need a CMYK source. I need the illustrator to be capable and comfortable with creating dark and gory artwork. I want something unique/custom, and the reason I say this is because I want the illustrator to have as much creative freedom as possible. I have a general idea and large creative box to keep us in scope (see below), but beyond that, I want the illustrator to have a chance to be creative. That being said, I would need to see your portfolio before hiring you. Conversely, I'm sure you'll have questions for me!
