Looks really cool so far, and the saint is suitably intimidating. Please, for the sake of your player's sanity, don't make they watch that minute long cutscene every time they fight her though!

Some of you asked about how our animation system works, so I want to introduce our tools.

Knight has three prime in-house tools that named by member's cats - Lollo, Naru, Tofu

Lollo is an character animation tool to projects 3D animation data created in Unity to 2D rigged sprite and draws 12 frame pixel art in 8 or 16 directions.

Naru is a character pattern tool that works in Unity's animator window. It works like Scratch so I can create and edit actions and interactions with in no time.

Tofu is an unique integrated level design tool. It supports not only creating levels and events, but also supports editing through multiple floors and let the world switches between the past and the present.

Lack of time as each had own personal project.
Fortunately, I'm a kind of prototyping master, so I developed a level to test new game play without art, then put some.
In this way, we could see earlier what we're doing well or wrong, and what we need.

Got to say, art and animation are looking great! Very nice use of dithering, the ground texture looks really nice!
On the art side, one thing I sort of dislike is the use of pure or close to pure black lines in the environment, but that might just be me.

The gameplay looks very impactful and meaty, though pretty slow, but that might feel different when actually playing.

@Achrileg
Thank you.
I'm finding out better art concept, the black details may be removed soon. And I keep trying to improve good experience of game play but also  keep current slow combat Smiley

I dig the heaviness of the battle. Also, the violence is nice and brutal. Great PSX era visuals and environments. Keep it moving, you got the juice.
