Wow, this project is intense. I dunno if the Super Crate Box thing is really doing your process any favours at this point. Like, I want more time to absorb some of these jokes, and some of the mechanics. Not getting to do that is funny and interesting for a while, but it quickly feels like there's no sense of progress -- too many heroes to conceivably learn them all, even the interesting ones. (unlike SCB, which is built in a way that you're meant to master the weapons.)
I like boss mode a lot more than survival mode because I do get to spend a little bit more time kinda shopping around for a reliable hero before approaching the boss.
(Also, I went into Practice Mode and tried out Undoing Genie. It was very funny.)
Do you feel like you're working towards something?
