Air jump directional animation put there !!!


The character starts to be heavy animation wise , damn and there is a ton left  Facepalm

Yeah, I would advise to stick to rough lo-fi animation for now to save effort, because there will be a lot of times where you change the gameplay in such a way that the animation changes as well. So don't waste too much effort. Plus, even the things that will will be iteratively polished many more times anyway.

Yeah the project is there since long time
I had no choices cause the incident with the earlier coder to go public with it
Actually this project is actually kind of advanced
The scenario is all done , story have an ending and all, on top of that a final twist + The bosses and their concept done.
I know i can backtrack heavy but i'm there, once i finish a bit more the hero's animation( not all animations ) i'll go for the combat
If combat goes well, i'll start put my dozen of levels together.

For the bosses they all have something particular, i hope people would love that concept.

I got the landing animation working fine now, at least its way better than before
But the attacks (normal attacks ) are not good
I have to fix the Button mashing and all of that

I discovered a double combo by holding attack button during dash (normally its one hit only lol)
If you hold he connects with his normal HIT just after , okay its not that fast connected but still

Directionnal animation is changed, the old animation will be used for the jump when you dash !

Quite a big update (not that big ) But i managed to add different running attack animations
Those basics running attacks depends of the time of runnin >?

I cant guarantee a spot for you cause i dont have a budget right now and also its very early stages, i need to advance way more before really thinking music

I dunno if it would fit perfectly though, i listened and maybe its seems a bit dark themed? I dunno
I havent really thought of music yet (except having one music of tales of berseria in mind )

Sorry for the late answer! Tigsource threads are hard to follow haha Me and my partner have also done some more light tone/heroic music :D

. If you want, by the time you're thinking of music I could compose a demo in the vein of Tales of Berseria so you get to hear something more like it :D

Ah ok you are two on the team !!
I see

The vimeo music is cool stuff really.
Love the second part in it.

Epic music could be the one to fit with the whole video game, african type music too
We could add some stress horror style music from time to time, while you wander in levels before bosses
I also love shadow of the colossus musics

To sum up for the style of music i'd like :

First music beginning
