Hi all,

Wanted to share with you a video I did for my channel "Sid's Retro Corner", where I mod my Gameboy DMG with a backlight+bivert and fixing horizontal/vertical lines, for the first time! Was challening but a lot of fun! Hope you like it. :-)

i havent touched a soldering iron for over 10 years but is taking the connections to the tanning salon like that really the best way to fix the persistent lines?

Superb Joe, this is the only way I know how to fix it. If you know a better way of dealing with those lines I'd really love to hear it!

i absolutely do not. i guess you could spend a thousand years reseating stuff or invest in a heat gun and heat shield tape to do exactly the same thing but by spending more money. looks cool anyway.
