Hello folks.

AdventureX is returning to London on November 2nd & 3rd, in partnership with the British Library. AdventureX is the UK's only convention dedicated to narrative-driven gaming. Since 2011, AdventureX has been bringing together developers & gamers with a passion for interactive storytelling. We've hosted talks from writers and developers including Rhianna Pratchett, Dave Gilbert & Jon Ingold.

I wanted to let you know that applications are open to exhibit at AdventureX 2019.

We're looking for games with a story to tell, including (but not limited to) graphical adventures; interactive fiction; exploration games; visual novels & experimental games. In addition to games, we welcome applications for software and tools related to narrative game development, and other projects related to narrative, indie & retro gaming. Tickets for the event will go on sale later in the year.

It's free to exhibit at AdventureX. The application form can be found here:

adventurexpo.org/apply/

The deadline is June 9th.

If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them.

This is a genre I'm good at. Thanks for providing this opportunity for game developers/writers.

Your link tag is broken. The code should be:

Code:

One question: I don't live in Europe. Do I have to attend the expo in person in order to exhibit?

Thanks for the correction!

Yes, I'm afraid we do prefer devs to exhibit their games in person. However we livestream the event and we usually find opportunities to show trailers for games from further afield. So you can still get involved virtually.

Sounds fun. I'll focus on getting my game trailer-ready in that case. Thanks!

Just a little bump to say:

The deadline is this Sunday, so if you're sitting on a cool demo, now would be a good time to get an application in.
