Perhaps we shouldn't be too quick to judge. Maybe this individual merely dislikes the Minecraft item, as farming hoes do tend to have limited use cases. I wouldn't be happy, for instance, if I went spelunking and, upon finding a treasure chest in a dungeon, was confronted with the reality that I just found a "random hoe".
