The GDC Vault posted this one a few days ago- after giving it a watch, a lot of the stuff she mentions seems pretty darn cool.

Machinations

~5:00

A graphing tool like Vizio that can simulate game systems.

Articy: Draft

~8:50

A flowchart tool that you can used to plan out dialogue trees, narrative flow, and other such things- kind of like a game-specific version of Scrivener.

Skill Atoms

~11:40

Not a tool- Skill Atoms are a design concept that might help you figure out the skills a player needs to play your game and how they learn them.

The Sentient Sketchbook

~14:00

An AI-driven greyboxing tool where you can create a representation of a possible FPS/Strategy map and have the AI kinda rate how well certain features work.

Ludoscope

~16:00

A tool that procedurally generates concept levels based on rules that you feed it.

The video says you can get in on the beta by emailing the creator, but this was 2 years ago, so I don't know what its current state is.

Progressimo

~21:00

A tool that features graphical representation of game flow and mechanics and stuff- made by the speaker, herself.

Same deal- she says to email her, but I'm not sure what's up since it was 2 years ago
