Hi, I'm a 2D artist interested in game development. I have experience with game design and making 2D art assets. I'm looking for a programmer whose interested in making some core games just for fun, experience, and maybe some money on the side. To give you an idea, I want to create small action games (top down rougelike, platformer, etc) from start to finish and put them on places like Kongregate and itch.io.
I'm not looking for an intensely ambitious relationship to make tons of money but I do prefer someone motivated and driven to create and finish small games within a generally reasonable amount of time. I've made assets to visualize an entire game (UI, animation, backgrounds, etc), but I lack expertise in certain fields, like animation and UI, so this is an opportunity for me to improve from practical experience.
